The Heist Agency x Texas Southern University x Flamin' Hot ®

When Frito-Lay and Flamin' Hot® partnered with Megan Thee Stallion (MTS) to launch their social impact initiative, Flamin' Hot® University, they engaged Heist Agency to activate the partnership at Texas Southern University (TSU). Heist invited Apartment 1A to join the team to support creative strategy, storytelling, copywriting, campaign concepting, and UX for the experiential components.

The Outcome

Ultimately, we developed a 360 marketing campaign centered around creating a scholarship fund to aid selected graduating seniors in combating student debt.

We kicked off the experience virtually with the Flamin' Hot landing page and brought it to life during the Homecoming season at TSU with a takeover featuring a micro-campus event, concert, appearances, giveaways, and more. It resulted in a $200,000 donation to the HBCU scholarship fund and generated over 4 billion impressions.
